If the court determines that obligor is intentionally unemployed or underemployed in an attempt to reduce child-support payments, the court’s wage and salary income calculations are not limited to actual earnings. If the court determines that obligor has intentionally chosen to not earn as much as he or she is capable, the court may determine what obligor’s earning potential is based on obligor’s current and past income, work experience and level of education.
